Participant agreements

Controller: PointHubly · 112-6, Changhyeon ri 4, Hwado-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern access to PointHubly websites, registration for CRM segmentation workshops, and use of downloadable materials. By requesting information or attending sessions, you agree to this agreement.

2. Data controller and contact

PointHubly acts as controller for personal data collected through forms and attendance registers. Contact: +82-6-817-3212 or legal@pointhubly.digital for privacy requests.

3. Categories of personal data

We process identifiers (name, email, company), workshop preferences, attendance notes, payment references where applicable, technical logs (IP, device type), and communications you send us.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to fulfill contracts (workshop delivery), comply with accounting obligations, pursue legitimate interests (studio safety, product improvement with balanced tests), and—where required—consent for non-essential cookies or marketing emails you opt into.

5. Retention

Registration data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus statutory periods (typically seven years for financial records where applicable). Prospect inquiries are deleted or anonymized after twenty-four months of inactivity unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Third-party processors

We use hosting, email delivery, analytics (only if you opt in), and payment processors bound by written agreements. A current list is available on request and summarized in our Data & cookies statement.

7. International transfers

Where data leaves Korea, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions as permitted under applicable law, and document transfer impact where required.

8. Security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and staff training. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

9. Children’s privacy

Services are directed to professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen. If you believe we have, contact us for deletion.

10. User rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Korean residents may also lodge complaints with competent authorities. We respond within statutory timelines.

11. Policy changes

We may update these terms to reflect new services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
