1. Eligibility
Consumers purchasing workshop seats online or remotely may have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days without giving reasons, unless an exception applies because performance began with their prior express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal is lost once delivery starts.
2. Fourteen-day window
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day you acquire the contract confirmation. To exercise the right, send a clear statement (email acceptable) before the deadline.
3. Full and partial refunds
If you validly withdraw before services begin, we refund all payments received without undue delay. Partial refunds may apply if you attended part of a program under a written partial-performance agreement where permitted by law.
4. Non-refundable items
Custom printed materials produced solely for you after a signed proof, third-party courier charges already incurred, and non-refundable venue deposits passed through with disclosure at checkout may be deducted where legally permissible.
5. Process steps
Email refunds@pointhubly.digital with your order reference, participant name, and reason (optional). We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days unless a dispute requires longer investigation.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are credited using the original payment method where possible. Banks may take additional days to post credits.
7. Cancellation by PointHubly
If we cancel a cohort for low enrollment or force majeure, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund without fees.
8. Exceptions
Misconduct, safety violations, or breach of participant agreements may result in removal without refund, proportional to the circumstances and applicable law.
9. Korean consumer remedies
Residents in Korea may use dispute mediation bodies recognized under the Framework Act on Consumers, including online dispute resolution channels where available, without prejudice to court remedies.
